Maria Torres Guitars

Maria Torres Guitars: handcrafted in Spain, created in Amsterdam

Maria Torres is Casa Guitarra's own line of classical and flamenco guitars. Every guitar is handmade in Spain and fully solid, built from noble tonewoods: a Canadian cedar or German spruce top, Indian rosewood, Spanish cypress or mahogany back and sides, an ebony fingerboard and a bone nut and saddle. The guitars are designed in Amsterdam by guitarist Maria Torres and luthier Ahmad Naffoury, and each one is set up by hand in our shop before it reaches you.

Because we work directly with our own workshop in Spain, you get a handcrafted Spanish guitar at a fair workshop price, with no middleman and a 2-year luthier warranty. Start with the Maria Torres 3A (€895), a fully solid cedar and mahogany guitar and our best choice for students. Step up to the C20 Cedar, the C20 Spruce or the CW20 thin cutaway with Fishman pickup, or choose one of our flamenco models: the F20 Blanca, F20 Negra and CF20 Cedar. Come and play them in our Amsterdam shop, or order online with shipping across the Netherlands and the EU.
